Bonjour!

Je pense que vous serez d’accord avec moi si je dis qu’un vernis blanc, c’est l’indispensable de toute nail-arteuse. J’en ai essayé plusieurs par le passé mais j’ai été déçue à chaque fois. Pas assez blanc, pas assez opaque, tenue affreuse et j’en passe. Dans ce billet, je vais vous parler du vernis blanc qui a conquis mon cœur : Uyuni, de Nude Experience.

Uyuni est un vernis blanc de chez blanc, que la marque décrit comme un beau blanc olympien, c’est donc la base parfaite pour de nombreux nail arts mais c’est aussi un vernis idéal pour le stamping. Je vous invite à lire la suite pour savoir sur quels points il m’a convaincue 😉

Le pinceau et l’application 

Pour ce qui est du pinceau, il est identique à celui de Harlem donc je vous renvoie à ma revue, juste là 😉

Côté application, Uyuni est un vrai bijou de facilité et de rapidité. Je vous dis pourquoi en détails dans les paragraphes qui suivent.

La texture et l’opacité

La texture de Uyuni est une vraie texture crème et je l’adore, tout simplement! Elle s’applique très bien et malgré ce qu’on pourrait penser de prime abord car elle paraît très épaisse, elle ne fait aucun pâté et ne laisse aucune trace de pinceau. J’adore!

L’opacité de Uyuni est géniale car, en deux couches, oui oui vous lisez bien, en DEUX couches seulement, j’obtenais le résultat des photos :-O

Le séchage

Rapidité de séchage au rendez-vous pour Uyuni puisque j’avais fait ma manucure complète en bien moins de 10 minutes, base et top coat compris!

Le rendu

Pas de top coat sur Uyuni pour les photos que vous avez vues plus haut et vous voyez par vous-même à quel point il est glossy par nature. En général, je sais que l’on utilise les vernis blanc pour des nail art et donc un top coat est appliqué par la suite de toute façon mais je le mentionne parce-que, de temps à autres, en été, je porte du blanc sans pour autant réaliser un nail art dessus et si vous êtes comme moi et que vous ne portez pas de top coat, eh bien vous serez heureuse de savoir que Uyuni ne fera pas cet effet tipp-ex mat pas très élégant 😉

La tenue

Uyuni a une bonne tenue. Aussi bonne que Harlem d’ailleurs puisqu’il a tenu 5 jours sur mes ongles, et ce sans s’écailler.

Le démaquillage

Uyuni fait partie de ces vernis qui se retirent facilement et rapidement, tout ce que j’aime 🙂 Le blanc n’est habituellement pas une couleur qui tache les ongles et, en effet, Uyuni ne tache pas.

I am pretty sure that you will all agree with me if I say that a white nail polish is a must-have for any nail art fan. I have tried a few in the past. Not white enough, not opaque enough, terrible holding power etc. In this blog post, I will talk to you about the white polish that stole my heart: Uyuni, by Nude Experience.

Uyuni is a super white polish that the brand describes as an intense olympian white so it is the perfect base for various nail art and also for stamping purposes. If you want to know why I fell in love with it, then please keep reading 😉

The brush and the way it applies

Brush wise, it is identical to Harlem’s so please go read my review of it right here 😉

As far as the application goes, Uyuni is a real gem because it is easy and quick to apply. I will tell you more about these points in the following paragraphs.

The texture and the opacity

The texture of Uyuni is a true cream texture and I love it, as easy as that! It applies very well and although one might think that it will be goopy and make brush streaks because of its thick texture, it does not do any of these things. I just love it!

The opacity of Uyuni is awesome because two coats, yep, you read that well, ONLY two coats are required to obtain the finish I got myself :-O

The drying

Uyuni dries down very quickly and that’s the least I can say since I achieved my full manicure, base and top coats included, in way less than 10 minutes!

The finish

I did not apply any top coat over Uyuni so the pictures you saw earlier show it the way it naturally looks and I am sure that you can see how glossy it is by nature. I know that in general we wear white nail polish as a nail art base so a top coat will cover it. However, I think that it is worth mentioning that it shines on its own because I am one of those who wear white nail polish on its own every now and then in the summer and if you do not wear any top coat on top of it, don’t you worry, Uyuni will be shiny and will not have that tipp-ex effect which is not so elegant, we all agree 😉

How long did it hold?

Uyuni holds really well. As good as Harlem’s by the way since it held a solid 5 days on my nails and without chipping off.

The removal

Uyuni is one of these polishes that remove easily and quickly, it is the bomb! White usually is not a shade that stains nails and Uyuni indeed does not.
