Dans ce tout nouveau billet, je vais vous présenter ce que j’estime être le plus beau vernis de la planète. Que dis-je? De la galaxie. Que dis-je? De tout l’univers! If you saw yesterday’s post about XOXO -it is right there, you know that today is the second day of my series dedicated to the brand Enchanted Polish. In today’s post, I will be introducing you to what I describe as the most beautiful nail polish to ever exist on planet Earth. Planet Earth? No, in the entire galaxy. In the entire galaxy? No, in the entire Universe! Wait until you see it, you will know what I mean 😉 Be prepared as today’s post contains an ocean of photos because I wanted to show you this gorgeous shade under all kinds of light, let’s now welcome the marvelous wonder called Rare Magic, by Enchanted Polish. It could not have a better-suited name ❤

Rare Magic est un vernis multi-chrome violet, bleu, vert, or, cuivre et argent, qui est saturé de particules holographiques multicolores. Il est à couper le souffle, tout simplement!

Rare Magic is a multichrome nail polish that shifts from purple to blue, but also to green, gold, copper and silver and it is saturated by prismatic holo particles. It is to die for, as simply as that!

L’application

Rare Magic est un vernis à l’application parfaite! Je vous donne tous les détails dans mes points suivants.

The way it applied

Rare Magic is absolute perfection when it comes to application. I will give you all details in my following points.

La texture et l’opacité

La texture de Rare Magic est une texture gel très fine, dans le sens très élaborée, que j’adore. C’est la plus belle texture que j’aie appliqué de toute ma vie, voilà c’est dit! Rare Magic est un vernis qui ne crée pas de bulle, de trou, ou encore de sur-épaisseur. On voit le passage du pinceau mais cela n’est en rien dû à sa texture, c’est simplement lié au fini métallique qu’il a sous certains angles. Tous les vernis qui ont ce fini sont ainsi donc rien d’anormal.

Pour ce qui est de l’opacité, Rare Magic est parfaitement opaque et montre tout son potentiel en seulement deux couches. C’est un joyau!

Texture and Opacity

The texture of Rare Magic is a very fine -in the sense well-thought and well-designed- texture, which I adore. It is the most beautiful texture I have ever applied to my nails, yes I said it! Rare Magic is a nail polish that does not create bubbles, holes and that does not get goopy. There are some brush passes visible here and there but that has nothing to do with the texture itself, it is simply due to the metallic finish that it has under certain angles. All nail polishes with such a finish behave like so, so this is to be expected.

As far as the opacity goes, Rare Magic is perfectly opaque and shows all its potential in only two coats. It is a gem!

Le séchage

Rare Magic, pour ne rien gâcher, sèche très rapidement. J’ai compté 5 minutes chrono, base et top coat compris.

The drying

Rare Magic, on top of that, dries very quickly. I counted 5 minutes total, base and top coat included.

Le rendu

Sur les photos, je n’ai pas appliqué de top coat sur Rare Magic et vous voyez ce que je vois, n’est-ce pas? Les reflets, les holos, le multichrome, tout y est! Même la brillance! Rare Magic, c’est LA perfection à l’état brut, je n’ai pas d’autre mot!

The finish

On the photos, I do not have any top coat on and you see what I see, right? Reflects, holos, multichrome, it is all here! And did you see that shine?! Rare Magic is pure perfection, I am speechless right now!

La tenue

Comme je vous le disais dans chacun des points ci-dessus, Rare Magic est une pure merveille et sa tenue l’est tout autant! Sur moi, il a tenu 7 jours sans s’écailler et sans s’affadir, simplement avec une couche de mon top coat habituel.

Durant le 8ème jour, il a commencé à s’affadir doucement au niveau du bord libre, mais c’est tout. Il est tellement parfait et vous allez voir que ce n’est pas fini 😉

How long did it wear?

Like I said in each of the above mentioned points, Rare Magic is a true wonder and so is its wear time! On me, it wore for 7 days without chipping off or fading away, simply with one coat of my usual top coat.

During the 8th day, it slowly started fading away towards the free edge but that’s about it. It is so perfect and you will see that its perfection does not end here 😉

Le démaquillage

Rare Magic se retire parfaitement bien, sans laisser de holo, sans frotter, sans attendre une plombe, il est génial!

The removal

Rare Magic removes perfectly, without leaving any holos, without rubbing, without waiting for ages, it is wonderful!
